The Pulaski County Health Department seeks a qualified individual to serve as the Public Health Nurse. Reporting to the Pulaski County Health Officer, this employee will administer vaccines, assist with answering phone calls, and open case investigations for communicable diseases, among other responsibilities. The nurse will work with the staff, the Indiana Department of Health, and other partner organizations as appropriate.
This is a 35-hours-per-week, non-exempt position beginning on or about 1 February 2024; the Pulaski County Council has established the 2024 starting wage for this position at $29.64/hour (approximately $53,945/year).
