Press Operator 1
Our Press Operator will make a variety of parts using Brake Presses and other machinery under supervision. You will be responsible for performing basic set ups with assistance, and operating various machines to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment required. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Engineering Technician
Our Engineer Technician will execute a variety of engineering activities and projects that help to advance the Metal Fab Engineering Vision. You will utilize best practice engineering methods and provide technical guidance for engineering initiatives and incorporate components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output.
Required proficient use of Solidworks and AutoCad. Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodology. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Inside Sales Representative
Our Inside Sales Representative will sell our products and services and help to advance the Metal Fab Engineering Vision. You will work close with business development and marketing to achieve profitable business growth. You will be the primary person for existing and prospective customers to contact and communicate with for all orders, quotes, requests, and customer service needs. In this role, you will positively represent the company and effectively use a variety of communication tools to help the company grow and compete.
Prior sales and customer service experience required. Understanding of marketing and business development, and how sales — while supported by those two components — is the ultimate resource for any company’s growth and future. Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodology. Production Supervisor
Our Production Supervisor will oversee our daily production operations as well as staff. You will be the one to ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing the workflow.
In a fast-paced environment, the production supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of production. The person must be a competent employee able to comprehend the complexity of operations. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize day-to-day safe work activities while minimizing the costs and increasing quality and service.
The goal is to ensure that the production process will safely deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner on time so the business can increase customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable growth.

Welder
Our Welder is a production position that will fabricate and assemble metal parts using MIG welding techniques to join metal together. You will work on standard or special production parts, short run items, fixtures or repair items, using a wide range of material types and thicknesses. You will be responsible for setting up, and operating a robotic welder to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. We’re looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.
A great welder is reliable and able to work independently with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, we expect our team members to have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on safely to maximize efficiency and profits and meet all part specifications.
