Press Operator 1
Our Press Operator will make a variety of parts using Brake Presses and other machinery under supervision. You will be responsible for performing basic set ups with assistance, and operating various machines to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment required. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Press Operator 4
Our Press Operator 4 is the subject matter expert (SME) on Press Brake Operations. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining Press Brakes to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. You will also have basic knowledge and ability to set up and operate a variety of other metal fabrication machines. You will be relied on to get the job or project done safely, in specification, meet efficiency expectations, and be on time.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment required. Minimum 3 years’ experience operating Press Brakes required. Must possess at a minimum FMA Intermediate Level certificates in Precision Press Brake and Press Brake Safeguarding or equivalent certificates. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Precision Sheet Metal Operator
Our Precision Sheet Metal Operator is the subject matter expert (SME) on sheet metal fabrication. You are a true Metal Fabricator and are relied on to be given an idea and make it into reality. This is a level 4 position. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining a variety of machines to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. You will be relied on to get the job or project done safely, in specification, meet efficiency expectations, and be on time.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment required. Minimum 3 years’ experience performing required duties. Must poses at a minimum a current FMA PSMO certificate or equivalent certification. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Shipping and Receiving Clerk 2
Our Shipping and Receiving Clerk 2 will be expected to handle, package, ship, receive, inspect and record shipments with raw material or products. You will be responsible for receiving materials, packages, and products and checking their contents to ensure they match the incoming documentation. You will be responsible for shipping products with the correct and complete documentation.

A shipping and receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload shipments as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers.

The goal is to ensure we send and receive the correct product to the correct location and stock materials appropriately with all correctly completed documentation.

Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment required. Preferred experience conducting warehouse or shipping and receiving operations. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required. Laser Operator
Our Laser Operator will make a variety of parts using CNC laser cutting machines. You will be responsible for setting up, and operating industrial lasers and supporting automation to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.
The laser operator is reliable and able to work under supervision with attention to detail and within safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, we expect our team members to have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on safely to maximize efficiency and profits and meet all part specifications.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate the Metal Fab Engineering Pillars (Values) in all behaviors and actions
• Support the Metal Fab Engineering company vision
• Responsible for meeting performance objectives
• Perform basic operation of CNC laser cutting machine and automated loading system
• Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Feed the necessary raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure parts meet requirements
• Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running
• Performs basic troubleshooting
• Performs daily and weekly PM’s on equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools to descale and deburr parts
• Lift raw materials, final products, and items and prepare for movement and shipment
• Operate forklift to safely move materials
• Check output to discover any mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs and report all issues to direct supervisor
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Adhere to all safety guidelines
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in improvement activities and makes recommendations for improvement
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to make and read measurements.
• Ability to read dimensions from a drawing and measure the same on the part
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal instructions.
• Standing up to 100% of the entire time.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 35 lbs. frequently.
• Continuous eye concentration
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (including nights, evenings, on-call, and weekends).
• Overtime as required.

General Laborer
Our General Laborer will assist in a variety of tasks to ensure completion of building projects and completion of customer orders for assemblies. This person must be a team player because all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The General Laborer will primarily assist the Special Projects Technician in completion of projects and customer orders.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred. Preferred experience applying Lean thinking, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license is required.
