Part-Time Clerical Position, Pulaski County Emergency Management

The Pulaski County Emergency Management Agency is seeking candidates for a part-time clerical role.

The position pays an hourly rate of $16.05 and is currently budgeted for a maximum of 17-19 hours per week for the remainder of 2024, but actual weekly hours will be at the discretion of the director.

The part-time E.M.A. office assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • answering phone calls and taking messages;
  • managing and maintaining files, records, and meeting correspondences;
  • preparing documents, reports, memos, communications, and meeting minutes;
  • scheduling meetings;
  • data entry and information management; and
  • other duties within reasonable parameters for a position of this nature as may be assigned.
