M Street Studios Oopened in the summer of 2023 with a goal to supply secure, private, and professional office spaces for the community. The space, previously the administration building for the West Central School Corporation, offers multiple private office rooms that can be leased and accessed at any hour of the day through a secure keyless entry.
Tenets will have access to their own private lockable office, high-speed internet, a conference room for groups of 10-plus, men’s and women’s restrooms, a lounge area, and a large lunchroom.
M Street Studios also offers space in the rear of othe building for storage rental.
M Street Studios is conveniently located in the heart of Francesville on Montgomery Street within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, a bank, and the post office.
